We confirm to all laws and ordinances regarding the protection of personal information, and handle the personal information provided to us by our customers with the utmost of care. This Privacy Policy details how we handle customers' personal information.

We use the personal information collected from our customers for the following purposes:

  1. Carrying out business related to hotels, ryokan, public baths, eating facilities, or renting property.
  2. Membership card creation, registration, modification, or confirmation.
  3. Providing information from hotels about products and services.
  4. Soliciting and contacting customers regarding the above services via postal mail, electronic mail, or telephone, and business activities such as home visits. Customer trend analysis and survey analysis related to developing products and business models.

  We also provide customer information to third parties within the bounds necessary to accomplish 1 through 4.

4. Protecting personal information
