【新鮮な魚や季節の野菜の揚げたて天ぷら】
旬の食材を使用した本格的な天ぷらがリーズナブルに楽しめます。
綿実油をベースにゴマをきかせた上質な天ぷら油を使用しているため、
カラッと芳ばしく、食材ごとに温度を調節して揚げているので、
それぞれの食材の食感や旨味を一番良い状態でお召し上がりいただけます。
定番の海老やキスなどの天ぷらはもちろん、日によって変わる旬な食材や
変わり種の天ぷらを揚げたての内にお召し上がりください。
【産地こだわりの食材】
産地や食材にこだわりをもってご提供しています。
築地直産の野菜・魚、また卵は地鶏のものを使用しています。
朝食では地鶏の卵を、玉子掛け御飯としてお召し上がりいただけます。
むぎとろセットとして朝食で提供している山芋とろろも、こだわったものを使用しています。
